The structure of the Foundation is based on Programmes, each in its field, by which different projects are carried out. These are managed and led by the following bodies:

· Board of Trustees: Highest governing body, administration and representation. Its main functions are to establish general lines of action and approve FGUV plans, programmes, budgets and accounts.

· The Executive Council: By delegation of the Board of Trustees, this collegiate body exercises the powers of daily management, with the exception of non-delegable legal matters.
